Trader Associate | Graduate Development Program (18 Months)

Are you a recent graduate or in the final year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree? If you're analytical, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment, our 18-month Graduate Development Program is the perfect place to start.
Through structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry experts, you'll build a strong foundation in Commodity Trading, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commodity markets, supply and demand trends, and economic data.
- Support trading strategies, pricing decisions, and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with Trading, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
- Prepare market insights and commercial reports to support business decisions.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers while gaining exposure to the end-to-end trading process.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or final year) in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Commodity Trading, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Financial Markets.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
If eligibility requirements are met, you may participate in 401(k).
