Summary
Join the Enabling Functions HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role will partner with leadership of assigned functions to bring HR solutions aligned with strategic priorities and will play a key role in executing annual processes and programs including talent review, performance management and compensation planning. In addition, this role will provide Employee Relations leadership and support across the Enabling Functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational HRBP support for assigned function(s).
- Understand function’s strategy and talent needs and develop talent solutions in partnership with the HR COE partners as appropriate.
- Provide coaching and guidance in support of talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management and organizational design.
- Provide employee relations and performance management support across the functions.
- Build and cultivate effective relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Support a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Champion the CHS Capabilities as we continue to embed and integrate the capabilities in all aspects of business operations. Reinforce the importance of the Capabilities through employee and leader coaching
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Ability to influence at all levels across the enterprise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR
- Effective facilitation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Co-Pilot

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
