Production Worker

Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support assembly operations at our Inver Grove Heights Lubricants Facility. This role involves assembling lubricant products and packaging materials according to production specifications, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Must be able to work second shift, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
Compensation Data
Salary Range: $20.50
This is a union role. Wages are based on the collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities
- Operate blending, filling, and packaging equipment.
- Connect and disconnect hoses and pumps to move oils and other petroleum products.
- Monitor machines, product flow, and tank levels during production.
- Inspect products for correct fill, labeling, and overall quality.
- Follow all safety rules, including the use of proper protective equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Help with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Use forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
- Complete simple paperwork or electronic logs for each production run.
- Assist department(s) where assigned, may include working shift work as needed.
- Keep work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- Perform special duties as needed or assigned.
