Summary

You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to function in a team-oriented environment with resource and time constraints.
Ideal candidates will live in the St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN metro area in order to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in the corporate office, located in Inver Grove Heights, MN); may consider fully remote options for top talent.
Responsibilities
- Assist in authoring test cases that meet business requirements in order to validate the application or customer deliverables.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Analysts or Quality Assurance Engineers to execute tests of business applications, online applications, document processing capability, and reporting deliverables.
- Ensure test artifacts are captured and stored in repository during test execution.
- Assist the product/project teams to triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Develop automations scripts and store in code repository.
- Assist with activity, status and progress reports.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or similar STEM degree program.
Additional Qualifications
- Basic Understanding of Selenium WebDriver written in either .NET or Java
- Basic Understanding of .NET Core or Java
- Basic Understanding of Git and code repository/versioning
- Basic Understanding of functional testing
- Basic Understanding of the SDLC (Waterfall, SCRUM, XP, KANBAN)
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
