IT Business Analyst Senior

Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will drive insights related Supply Chain area. This role will contribute to developing and executing on a IT roadmap and work to deepen our understanding of the space, and use findings to drive change that will result in better results for CHS.

Basic Qualifications: (required):

• In this role, you must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, be an effective communicator, and be organized
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of business analyst, IT Product Manager, IT Product Onwer or similar role experience in IT team
• Experience defining requirements to draw business insights
• Resolve technical and complex business challenges, demonstrating advanced analytical skills.
• Identify technological innovation opportunities that can enhance the company's competitiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, offering strategic guidance on how technology can drive company success.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
