Summary

CHS, Inc.is seeking an EAM & MOC Coordinator to join our Pipelines and Terminals (P&T) division. This exciting role involves supporting our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programs. The EAM & MOC Coordinator will oversee the MOC process, create and implement processes and workflows within EAM systems, and act as a subject matter expert on EAM systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and on self-directed tasks is essential.

This role can be located in McPherson, KS or Laurel, MT.

Responsibilities

  • Support P&T employees regarding issues that may arise with EAM systems and processes.
  • Ensures individuals have appropriate access and security rights within EAM systems. 
  • Coordinate with IT to set up new hires with appropriate access and security rights within EAM systems.
  • Assist with creating and implementing user interfaces and workflows within EAM systems.
  • Assist with development of the SAP mobile solution.
  • Assist with developing training resources for EAM systems. 
  • Train individuals on the more advance aspects of EAM systems as needed.
  • Initiate training for EAM systems to all new users.
  • Acts as point of contact for 'how to' questions within EAM databases.
  • Diagnose technical issues such as workflow failures, data discrepancies, and overall EAM system performance.
  • Coordinate MOCs submitted and facilitate MOC process.
  • Facilitate MOC review meetings.
  • Report MOC KPI data.
  • Work with sites to create and audit location hierarchy within EAM systems. 
  • Work with sites to create and audit assets within EAM systems.
  • Assist with establishing spare part bins and organization at sites.
  • Own the reorder process for spare part inventory.
  • Works with Engineering and Finance to appropriately create work orders for MOC’s and capital projects.
  • Works with other departments to ensure drawings, policies, and other documents reference the correct locations and assets.
  • Assist with Project Management workflow, best practices, and tool development.
  • Performs other related duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in Production, Operations, Maintenance, and/or Engineering or related field

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Information Systems
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology with proven IT or OT skills
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo or SAP
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise asset management best practices
  • Experience working with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server 2019
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators
  • Travel up to 10%

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
