Summary
CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Management Representative on the Unbranded Lubricants Sales team. This role performs customer service and account maintenance duties for established and stable customers and markets. The focus is on maintaining and growing the customers based on segmentation, achieving the annual budget and managing essential business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned and targeted prospects to maximize customer value, deepen engagement, and grow customer purchase volume.
- Execute account management responsibilities for stable, established customers identified through strategic segmentation to drive long-term value.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor.
- Secure and maintains effective agreements for distribution of products and/or services.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify needs and deliver customized solutions aligned with strategy, internal capabilities and customer objectives.
- Negotiate Service Level agreements (pricing, terms, and delivery timelines) with customers based on segmentation.
- Use proficient knowledge of the market, industry trends to analyze sales history and make data-driven decisions on pricing.
- Continuously monitor market trends and utilize intelligence to effectively demand forecast and sell.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in account management, sales and/or business development
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- Ability to adjust sales strategy based on market conditions
- Knowledge of CRM (JDE/SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce) for account analysis and prospecting.
- Sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods and minimal travel for business as needed.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
