Process Automation & AI Analyst (Compliance)

Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Corporate Compliance & Integrity team with the development, implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CHS Compliance and Integrity program. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, develop reports and dashboards, manage data, and deliver solutions using artificial intelligence and other technology.
Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance and Integrity team in the design and implementation of custom applications and automation solutions.
- Contribute to the development of tools that enhance policy creation, reporting, triage processes, screening and monitoring activities.
- Strengthen program-level capabilities to align with compliance framework requirements, including documentation, control identification, gap analysis, training and awareness initiatives and continuous monitoring and reporting.
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators to support the development of dashboards and compliance reporting. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for leaders to inform strategic decision-making, drive continuous process improvement and track program performance activity.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- B.S. degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with process improvement and automation transitioning manual processes to automated solutions
- Understanding of compliance program frameworks and ability to apply to AI initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies, mapping baseline processes, and designing improvement plans
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess risks and uncover improvement opportunities
- Ability to design and implement effective operational controls aligned with business goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools
- High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Adaptable to change and comfortable working in an evolving environment
Additional Qualifications
- CCEP or other Compliance/Ethics certification
- Familiarity with automation tools and project management platforms.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
