Summary

CHS, Inc. is hiring for a Pricing Analyst to support our lubricants division. The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in developing, implementing, and analyzing pricing strategies to maximize company revenue and profitability. This position will be responsible for analyzing and implementing branded and unbranded pricing. This is to include, implementing price changes, analysis for pricing support, pricing for bids, margin analysis.

The ideal candidate must be customer-focused with excellent communication, project management, and change management skills with the ability to influence internal and external customers, build strong relationships, and lead change efforts.

This role is a hybrid work arrangement at our global corporate office in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance revenue management tools to identify and resolve issues on profitability.
  • Analyze market in conjunction with competitive pricing position through market intelligence.
  • Manage and maintain all branded and unbranded pricing in ERP system.
  • Manage and improve the pricing support program process for Cenex branded dealers.
  • Provide support and analysis to update Power BI for cost and margin reporting.
  • Analyze data to determine margin impact of pricing decisions, marketing programs, and cost of goods sold.
  • Generate regular & ad hoc data requests for senior leadership, operations, and sales teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a pricing, sales, project management, data analytics, supply, logistics, and/or operations role or similar experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in economics, finance, business, data/analytics or related field
  • Basic understanding of data visualization such as Power BI/Tableau
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with SharePoint and CRM365
  • JD Edwards and/or SAP experience
  • Strong analytical skills including ability to build analysis of pricing decisions, evaluation of marketing program and material costs
  • Experience leading medium to large scale business projects
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written with staff from all functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Tech Services, Manufacturing)
  • Exhibit sound business judgment and ability to influence others
  • Ability to adapt to changing business dynamics

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
