Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity within the Compliance & Integrity Department for an Integrity Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in orchestrating comprehensive compliance initiatives that empower business units to conduct business compliantly. The candidate will manage and execute (directly and indirectly) the multiple tasks associated with ensuring compliance programs adhere to legal standards and internal policies, as well as fostering a culture of integrity. This role is ideal for a compliance professional with strong communication skills and an eye for detail and will be able to create compliance content that is aligned with the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.

Responsibilities

Integrity Programs 

  • Assists in the management of various compliance initiatives and projects for the Compliance and Integrity team supporting program effectiveness. 
  • Support team members with the creation of compliance job aides, education and capturing attestations, when applicable. 
  • Assist in the processing of the Conflicts of Interest program, including effectively triaging forms and approvals. 
  • Participate and grow in leadership responsibility by being involved in the management of our Integrity Champions program around the world. 
  • Assist in the execution of an established multi-year Compliance and Integrity Brand, Learning and Communications plan.
  • Assist in creating of the Code of Conduct and translations.
  • Update CHS Source and/or Sharepoint content for Compliance and Integrity, as requested. 

Compliance and Integrity Policies 

  • Assist in the creation, editing and review of various compliance policies and programs with multiple subject matter experts providing guidance.
  • Upload and process policies in our Policy and Document Center.

Compliance and Integrity Program Metrics

  • Manage established KPIs and analyze and report compliance-related metrics/measures to demonstrate effectiveness of programs.
  • Oversee the metrics for the Integrity Champions program.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5-year commensurate experience 
  • Strong project management with attention to details
  • Analytical skills and metric development
  • Strong communication and writing skills 
  • Take complex compliance programs and the ability to simplify them for employees 
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrixed environment
  • Knowledge and experience with compliance programs and U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
  • The ability to create compliance content by researching, writing and curating content for program support.
  • Experience in compliance or legal learning and/or communications.

Additional Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree 

  • Compliance, Legal or Human Resources professional certificates or affiliations
