Energy Operations Coordinator

Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall life of all wholesale propane contracts
- Set up critical contract information into our accounting, scheduling and inventory management systems
- Maintain contract terms and solve issues as it relates to contract operations
- Enter contract provisions, locations, pricing set-up and fees in SAP system
- Manage customer and carrier insurance
- Partner with Account Managers to resolve contract disputes between the customer and CHS in an equitable manner
- Analyze contract data, per the request of propane leadership
- Support the Propane customer portal and SAP by trouble shooting, testing and reviewing accuracy
- Maintain Excel database of daily market prices
- Partner with sales, logistics, and accounting staff to ensure contracts are set up properly thereby assuring accuracy in accounting and distribution functions
- Assist the refined fuels wholesale operations, propane and energy equipment teams on relevant projects and process enhancements
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1 years of experience working in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role.
- High School Diploma

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and work within an ERP system.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
