Business Operations Analyst - Lubricants

Summary
CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity within our Lubricants group for a Lubricants Operations Analyst to lead operational aspects for and optimize CHS systems. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent communication, analytical, project management, and change management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing internal customers, building relationships, and driving change initiatives.
This role is a hybrid position working 3 days per week in our Inver Grove Heights, MN corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
Manage the Total Protection Plan administration and execution
- Facilitate the execution of the Cenex Total Protection Plan® software, including triggering and monitoring automation flows, auditing data inputs, and reviewing documentation outputs.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical Services on the administration of sign-ups and warranty compliance.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to coops, end users, and internal stakeholders on TPP warranty statuses.
- Facilitate the warranty claims process with Technical Services.
- Administer a dedicated inbox, answering questions about warranty statuses.
- Manage a phone line, answering calls regarding TPP warranties.
Manage the execution of marketing programs/systems
- Develop business reports on marketing programs and supporting products for leadership.
- Support marketing in the management of system operations (JD Edwards, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS PowerApps, MS SharePoint).
- Work cross-functionally with marketing on the development and implementation of marketing programs.
Support business operations for reporting and system administration
- Work within JD Edwards on system management, including order processing, pricing infrastructure, and data management.
- Create product reporting and scorecard/goal progress with sales, marketing, and production teams utilizing the Power BI platform.
- Generate regular and ad hoc data requests for senior leadership, operations, and sales teams.
- Partner with IT and other CHS business areas on system improvements or troubleshooting issues.
- Support a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
- Analyze current and historical data to benefit daily, monthly, fiscal year-end, and performance metrics necessary for success as a lubricant team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience to include:
- Energy supply, logistics, pricing, operations, and/or sales
- Leading medium-to-large scale business projects
- Customer service experience
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
- Previous experience with ERP operating systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Lubricants experience

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
