Summary
CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity to join our Great Falls, MT Animal Nutrition team as an Operations Coordinator. This position will provide support for multiple CHS facilities with daily inventory processing, control systems, reconciliations and support our pricing department. Our feed mills are a key component in the formulation of the highest quality ingredients and all the essentials to improve health, performance and production. Responsibilities
- Process Daily Production/Inventory Receipt Transactions using Enterprise Inventory Software (MAPCIS/AS400 and Easy Automation Software)
- Provider pricing support to purchasing department (i.e. pricing data entry, cost changes)
- Reconcile Daily Drug Usage/Reports to comply with FDA guidelines
- Create & enter Purchase Requisitions
- Process monthly inventory cycle counts/reconciliations
- Provide additional administrative support to plant personnel as needed. May be assigned to support multiple divisions within a product line while learning about other product line divisions
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to learn/navigate inventory software with proficiency
- Ability to analyze data from multiple systems
- Previous production/manufacturing industry experience
- Previous inventory control experience
- Experience utilizing Mapics and/or Easy Automation
- High School diploma or GED preferred

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
