Responsibilities
- Book-keeping & General Ledger
- Performing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Preparing and filing the tax returns (VAT)
- Preparing and filing the corporate income tax and local business tax / credit declaration
- Preparing and filing statistical reports to KSH
- Preparing / sending invoice to clients, follow up on payments and match bank account payments with client’s order
- Keeping in touch with vendors/suppliers and pay authorized invoices
- Office administration and support
- Keeping in touch with external accounting and other service providers
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- University degree in economics (certified accountant is a plus)
- Experience in accounting role minimum 3 years, preferably in multinational companies
- Statutory accounting experience
- English – advanced level
