Senior SAP PI/PO/CPI Developer

Job Description

Devise or modify code to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operating time and desired results Perform technical reviews of code developed by other development personnel. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs. Assist with activity, status, and progress reports and with creation of comprehensive test plans, including individual program test plans and system test plans. Execute primary duties in direct support of multiple support, enhancement, and project initiatives. Provide estimates for assigned development activities and assist with development and preparation of project plans and schedules for implementation of SAP PI/PO/CPI. Develop and manage applications, technical specifications preparation, upgrade existing applications and/or integrate application with any new/existing applications and databases, and resolve application related issues experienced by end-users. SAP PI/PO/CPI configuration, development, implementation and support of IDOC, RFC, JDBC, XI Proxy, SOAP, HTTP/s, B2B add-on, REST adapters, develop and support integrations using SAP CPI with various adapters available, CTS+ and ChaRM configuration and implementation for SAP PI/PO transports. Developing integrations from SAP ECC or S/4 HANA systems to various legacy third party systems using SAP PI/PO/CPI. Configuration, implementation and support of SAP ABAP, XI Proxy, BRF+ framework, IDOC enhancements, NetWeaver BPM, BRM, data translation and transformation using XSLT, SAP graphical or Java mapping and SAP Java development. SAP PI/PO interface with B2B add-on using EDI/ALE/IDOC. Work with MS Dynamics365 CRM and associated product team. Remain current with new capabilities in the SAP Development framework and make recommendations when appropriate for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or higher or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience with all the following: (a) configuring, developing and preparing project plans and schedules for implementation of SAP PI/PO/CPI; (b) developing and supporting integrations using SAP CPI with various adapters available; (c) developing integrations from SAP ECC or S/4 HANA systems to various legacy third party systems using SAP PI/PO/CPI; (d) developing integrations plants legacy systems to CMIS and JDE using DB2 Procedures; (e) supporting IDOC, RFC, JDBC, XI Proxy, SOAP, HTTP/s, B2B add-on, REST adapters, CTS+ and ChaRM configuration and implementation for SAP PI/PO/CPI transports; (f) configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ABAP, XI Proxy, BRF+ framework, IDOC enhancements, NetWeaver BPM, and BRM; (g) completing data translation and transformation using XSLT, SAP graphical or Java mapping; (h) developing SAP Java; (i) developing DB2 procedure; and (j) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: SAP CPI, MS Dynamics 365 CRM Adapter, SAP ABAP, SAP CRM, SQL, DB2 Procedures, SOAP, REST, SAP PI, B2B AddOn, and SAP ECC 6.0. All experience may be gained concurrently.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience, the qualified candidate must have at least a Master's degree or higher or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field.
