CHS has an exciting opportunity for a Production Worker at our Lubricant Plant in Amarillo, TX. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be detail oriented.


  • Work extensively in manufacturing environment packaging lubricant products in various size containers.
  • Periodically work in a warehousing environment picking orders and/or receiving new inventory.
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Enter order data into computer system.
  • Complete order paperwork and reports.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing, laborer and/or warehouse environment
  • Experience working with an automated assembly/production line
  • Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to:
    • Work the 1st shift 7am - 3pm and 2nd shift (when required) 3pm - 11pm
    • Stand for long periods of time
    • Speak, read, and write English

Additional Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with an automated assembly/production line
  • Order filling/picking experience

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
